Authority to manage a listing
The claimant must be the operator, owner or an authorised representative of the property. BnB.city may ask for evidence before assigning control of a listing.
Accuracy
Hosts are responsible for keeping contact details, descriptions, booking links, amenities, prices and offers accurate and current. Misleading or unverifiable claims can be removed.
Photos and content
Hosts may upload only material they own or are authorised to use. By submitting content they grant BnB.city the rights needed to display it within the service for the duration of the listing.
Offers
Promotions are subject to moderation before publication. The host remains responsible for eligibility rules, validity dates, price claims and fulfilment of the advertised offer.
Moderation
BnB.city may reject, suspend or archive listings and offers that are inaccurate, duplicated, unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with the service rules.
