Nature of the service
BnB.city is an independent travel directory and local discovery service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BnB.city is not the accommodation provider and does not become a party to a booking contract between traveller and property.
Property information
Listings can be created from traceable public sources and can later be claimed and enriched by the property operator. Availability, prices, amenities and policies may change and must be confirmed with the property before booking.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure. BnB.city may suspend accounts used for abuse, impersonation, fraud, scraping that harms the service, or unlawful activity.
Hosts and listings
A host who claims or submits a property must have authority to do so and is responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted text, images, prices, offers and booking links.
Changes and availability
Features can be changed, suspended or removed for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. Material changes to these terms should be published on this page.
